I just wanted to take a moment to shout out to Zee at Nando’s. I was welcomed with a smile and served with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. You can really tell she takes pride in what she does. Whether it's recommending the perfect spice level or making sure the table is clean and the food comes out piping hot, the service is consistently top-notch. It’s that kind of attention to detail and positive energy that keeps me coming back.

Popped in for some food, was seated quickly even tho it was relatively busy. Everyone was warm welcoming and friendly. The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating to our family of color and the manager Martin was very professional and friendly when ordering with allergies. Which was no issue at all. Extremely professional. Will definitely be using this store more often. Food presentation was spot on too.

Myself and my 11th year old niece planned to go to the Trafford center Nando’s. We had to take a detour due to gridlock on M60 and headed to White City Retail Park - Nandos. Our usual order of butterfly chicken wasn’t available so we went for boneless thighs. Although this seemed disappointing initially, we really enjoyed our meal. I’d like to point out Kayo’s customer service, a welcoming and friendly young man. He took the time to chat to us and make us feel welcome. He explained we could buy perinaise bottles rather than the 1 pot. I wasn’t previously aware of this. His friendly manner made us feel really welcome. On the way home I asked my niece if she enjoyed her food and her response was “I enjoyed it, even though they didn’t have butterfly chicken Kayo made it a nice expereince didn’t he?” which I thought was lovely. So thank you very much White City Retail Park- especially Kayo. A very pleasant young man unfortunately I didn’t retain my receipt. We came around 5pm and was seated at table 27.

Did a takeaway order. The food was good perfectly credit to the chefs where due! Dispatch time and delivery was great with food still warm and tasty! Will be returning! Only downside is no napkin / sauce in the bag as usually I do receive them from other nandos. And no cutlery aswell

Really nice atmosphere at this Nandos, staff are very polite and helpful and very friendly, visited today Tuesday 22nd October 2024 around 3.30pm food was really lovely hot fresh and tasty. Really enjoyable experience and will come to this one again :-) we had the loaded fries.

Christian served us and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. He genuinely made the entire meal 100 times better just by being so lovely. A real credit to the team – thank you, Christian!
